What FacialPlan is
FacialPlan is a platform for licensed facial harmonization professionals — physicians, dentists, biomedical practitioners and licensed nurses — that turns the visit into a three-stage clinical flow: AI analyzes the patient's photo and suggests regions, substances and quantities with a confidence score; the professional reviews that plan over an application-point map positioned on the face's real landmarks; and only then is a visual simulation generated from the plan they actually defined — never from a generic filter. Around that flow, the product covers mandatory intake, per-procedure informed consent, per-supply budgeting, a plan PDF and scheduling, so every session becomes a documented visit, not just a before/after picture.
What we actually built
AI suggestions with a confidence score
Every region, substance and quantity suggestion comes with a confidence percentage — and the professional must review it before being able to accept it.
Point editor with facial landmark detection
MediaPipe positions the application points directly on the patient's real photo; when detection fails, a warning asks for manual review before moving on.
Simulation generated from the clinical plan
The Stage 3 image is generated by Gemini from the points, substances and quantities defined in Stage 2 — never from a generic prompt or a ready-made filter.
Mandatory intake gate
Without a recorded intake, Stage 1 blocks progress and offers to fill it in now, send the patient a link, or check again — only then does it unlock the plan.
Total dose alert per substance
Stage 2 adds up the toxin, hyaluronic acid or biostimulator dose across every accepted point and warns when any total crosses the reference threshold.
Informed consent per procedure
Before the simulation, a modal generates the consent form with the plan's real substances, quantities and regions, and records signature, IP and timestamp.
Audit trail for sensitive data
Every photo view, every intake view and every PDF export is logged — that log can only be written by a function that checks who actually owns the data.
Real deletion of patient data
Deleting a patient cascades through sessions, intake, consents and photos, including storage, and records the deletion — not just a soft flag.
Per-session budget with supply cost and margin
Cost, price and margin for each application point come from the supplies the professional registered — a view that never shows up on the patient's PDF.
Home panel with active sessions and recent patients
The home screen gathers sessions that haven't been completed yet and the most recently seen patients, with a direct shortcut to start a new session.
The real difference
The image comes from the plan — not the other way around
A beauty filter applies a generic effect to a photo with no clinical data behind it. In FacialPlan, the Stage 3 simulation is only generated after region, substance, quantity and technique have already been defined and locked in Stage 2, and every AI suggestion goes through mandatory human decision before it becomes a plan — the confidence percentage is the model's own self-assessment, not a validated clinical metric.
Consent isn't an attachment, it's a step
The app blocks progress without intake and requires a consent form for the procedure actually planned before simulating — something a beauty filter has no reason to have.
Documentation with an audit trail
The final PDF records where each point came from (AI or manual), and the audit log tracks who accessed each patient's photo, intake or PDF.
